I had my hair cut and dyed at this place and while the cut was great (done by Sonia), the colouring service was appalling! I scheduled an appointment on my birthday and went there a week before that to discuss the colour/cut. As I wanted to go 2 shades lighter and get rid of red pigments I wasn’t sure it could be achieved in one go however the gentleman (who I suspect is the manager of the place), assured me it could be done.
On the day however, I was left extremely upset and disappointed as after 40min colour service, my hair colour remained EXACTLY the same (I actually took a photo straight after to compare)! When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager, he became obviously annoyed and quite abrupt and started blaming the lighting etc.
I left the salon feeling I was ripped off and lied to, never got an apology or an offer to redo the service.
Also, there is a choice of 3 hair colour products to choose from including L’Oreal’s INOA, which I picked however I am pretty sure they used something else instead as I know how INOA smells and it was nothing like that.
So my advice – stay away from this place, worst attitude and service I have ever experienced!response / report this review
