The campsite is always quite full since it's situated at the edge of a beautiful hiking and climbing area.
The tent pitch tends to become very crowded, sadly.
Toilet facilities are good and in the evenings it's nice and quiet.
Overall an OK campsite.

Big fat 5 star review!!! Yes this is an amazing place!!! I've been here so many times and I keep coming back!!! Directly in the nature a lot of hiking opportunities, biking is also great. Swimming across the street, midget golf next to the camping and big and nice places! Camper places if available for a great price with the luxury of the campsite incl. Free WiFi

Great location for climbing at Berdorf. They kept the street lights on, which meant I had to sleep with eye covers inside my tent.

Lovely location, toilet facilities and shower area are perfectly clean and comfortable. Megapod/pod are understandably small but everything you need is available.

Nice multilingual staff. Clean toilets and showers. Toilet has toiletpaper. Showers are good. There are two buildings with sanitair. Easy online booking and when you arrive after opening hours of the reception that's no problem. At the reception you can order bread for the next day.

A wonderful camping place. Beautifully located near the forest an several walking trails. Also the kids can enjoy the big play garden and mini golf! The personnel speaks many languages and is very polite and helpful. We will come back ;p

We had a terrible experience there. We hoped to spend peaceful weekend with our 2 year old child but we ended up being in the middle of some concert next to the camping. Nobody got any rest. If you look for peaceful environment - choose another camping. Administraton didn't inform us neither about loud music when we booked nor that the roads will be closed to the camping for 4 hours which caused us carrying sleeping child for half an hour in order to enter the camping.

The place to be in Berdorf! I've stayed for 3 years on a row in the pods and it is fantastic! Great service, fine sanitary and friendly staff. Right in the middle of the forest is the camping situated.
The pods are good for max 3 people, not 4 as the site proclaims. Its basic, just a stretcher a chair for everyone.

In the evening a fine bonfire and a beer after a day of mountainbiking and climbing. Don't spread the word so I'm not in trouble when I'll book for next year.

Nice camping, had a great stay for 3 nights. Free wifi and good clean toilets and showers. We also got information about hiking and mountainbike routes in the area. We ended up hiring mountainbikes through the reception service, including helmets.

Nothing too fancy, but if you're here for the climbing at Berdorf, the location can't be better. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the crag.
