Opened a bank account in this branch and was only met with problems. I try to avoid writing overly negative reviews but they managed to consistently fail meeting the bear minimum of expectations. Without wanting to go into details and in the interest of honesty, my problems were eventually resolved after the branch manager stepped in and took charge of my case. Since he did, all my problems were resolved but not before approximately six months had passed. Some of the issues I faced included, papers being lost, emails being misplaced, member of staff leaving for pregnancy leave and not informing their substitutes of pending problems etc. Honestly this was by far my worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. We now changed branch (BGL Howald) and I can only say the difference is day and night. The BGL staff in Howald deserve high praise for their work ethic.
