Very professional and helpful staff. I purchased my first gun and got an introduction concerning safety, cleaning and maintenance. They offer aswell to shoot on their own range and gave helpfull advice fir beginners.

A team that responds very quickly to emails and, moreover, is welcoming and diligent on the phone.
Fair prices. An honest description of the weapon's flaws (in my case).
Fast shipping and careful packaging.
Only downside: the delivery rate for France is quite high.
