Terrible, utterly incompetent service. Cancelled all home, secondary home, car and motorbike insurance for utter ignorance of this agency. When complaint raised, response "I find your response unfriendly". Compounding this is AXAs corporate lack of interest in servicing its clientele outside of their Agency Network. Save yourself the frustration and search elsewhere.
