What a wonderful place! Wooow! 10 points. Restourant, spa, rooms, staff - recommend for all of you to come and have unforgettable rest time!;) Piano while drinking a glass of 🍺!

The worst customer service that i have ever experienced. They call themselves a five star hotel but you would be lucky if you got a reply to you're email after 2 days. The women on the phone was just plain rude when i called in to make a enquiry and hanged up the phone on me. You pay high prices only to be treated like a peasant. I would avoid this place all together.

Facility 1 year old, quite nice, but some cheap materials are used, while still trying to make an expensive look (sauna ceilings. Soft bed ends, etc). But the worst thing here was restaurant. Overpriced, not cosy, and main courses, after 1 hour 25 minutes (!!!) waiting, we delivered back to kitchen - cold and bad taste. Actually after the "dinner" we had to find a piceria in town.
Next morning experience in SPA was miles better! This is what saved the place from 1 star rating from us. I am sorry I didnt note the young lady name - she should be manager as was really customer orientated. Pool area lacks of sunbeds.
Reception was great too, flexible. As we left 1 day earlier, and they didn't make any issue.response / report this review -

It's a good and looked after place.
For me it's more like a Premium gym (David Lloyd, etc) with swimming pool facilities rathen then a place where I would travel up to an hour one way for overnight stay. I would personally recommend similar however much bigger facilities in Druskininkai.response / report this review -

The room was great. But the spa treatment was very expencive. Not only expencive, but the staff order us to fill out a judgement of the treatment while they stood beside and looked and also looked about how much we wanted to give them in tips. Feels not nice. The restaurant was also expensive and we was not satisfied with the food. When we should pay and leave, the receptionist could not answer for all the expenses they charged us for. She said " I don't know". We paid and we will choose another please next time.

Very nice hotel for the price you're paying.
Sauna and jacuzzi is nice, clean and large.
Staff is nice and helpful.

Beautiful place, huge spaces inside, nice architecture, modern building with many rooms to stay. A lot of spa areas: sauna, swimming pool, fitness centre, etc
Very exciting library!
You can refresh yourself here with many activities and Vytautas' Mineral water of course :)response / report this review
