`Don't us it for business travel purpose because they don't deliver an invoice to be refund. You get your flat but instead of sending the invoice they charge you and cancel your reservation; so no way to prove that you stay in their apartment. No proof, no conflict !!!

i found a room and then they got my payment and once i arrived in vilnius, there was not available room

I have made a reservation and payed in advance. Afterwards the room has been refused and no refund has been offered. Beware!!!!
