Place is nice and quiet, far from center. 3 stars for place looking. But personal is not interested in goving information and service for guests. You have to search for info by your self, not enought place for parking, waitreses in restorant speak with you like you are his friend and you are in the bar, not in 5 star restaurant. Spa center servives you have to ask each day by free time, can not book services few days in front, just ask and book in the morning. Besides, you have to ask by your self each morning.

A bit far from the centre of town but a great place to relax. A bit limited menu in the swimming pool area but varied sauna opportunities.

You would really like it : delicious food ,high standard service, 2 huge Jacuzzi, different saunas :Turkish, Finn, ice, and e.t.. Plus very fashionable and tidy hotel! Love it! I've been there twice and will back again, definitely;) THANK YOU, you've made my trip

Nice hotel with regular hotel rooms. But the spa is very nice. It's also possible to get different types of wellness packages such as massages and beautification. In the summer the out side pool area is very nice, and if you fancy the beach. Palanga beach is only a five minute walk from the hotel.

Location is slightly in the middle of nowhere but the hotel is nice and I got one of the best massages I ever had.

Very disappointing experience.
Vangupe like very average 3 stars hotel.
Services are low quality. We asked in reception to fix room shower which was done after 12 hours and additional request. Service in the restaurant like in a motel. The waiter was keep interrupting our conversation with his own stories and opinion. Restaurant prices like 5* hotel the taste sometimes beter in a local pub. Room's furniture and many other thing

Service staff at the front desk - nice, can not say anything bad. The restaurant staff - the impression that the students collect-service trainees with zero knowledge. From the restaurant's kitchen continuously spreading hubbub. On the tables and chairs - food crumbs. Food quality through poor that both would cost. Ordinary breakfast.
Rooms – small, double bed width of 1.50 m (the same width of the bed is an economy class hotel), luxury is not visible, as well as poverty TV shows 10 programs with quality intolerable, like a hint that there is nothing to stare at the TV. Wifi signal is weak or absent altogether. The bathroom sink, water closet and shower (and there 5 stars Hotel) where the bath, where a bidet? Water pressure is weak, and the water is just warm, not hot. Outside, the window of the room, all day humming the kitchen air conditioner. Acting in front of the hotel during the Soviet era paved road furrowed huge pits during the day and night riding the cars. In the living room occasionally felt the kitchen smells. Spa, I would say a total misunderstanding, pomp, decorations and mindless risen the corridor salad. Jacuzzi water is sallow from the mass of people, sun beds covered substance, which after any of visitor are wet. Saunas, a real parody, or downtime for construction or for the economy there are always coolness.
Spa best accommodates no more than 10 people over - the evil and misunderstanding. Hotel managers should think about the amount of visitors restriction, otherwise, as I said, this is not a spa, it is the public bath with claims. RESUME - comfort hotel, spa and restaurant value for money - does not meet the reality. Prices inflated and totally unreasonable. Travelers who believe in there to find 5 star hotel, not have illusions. This is a economy class hotel. Not recommend.response / report this review -

Purposely visited this hotel to make use of the Spa, which was exceptional.
As for the rest of the hotel I can't really see how you can say this is 5⭐️.
The rooms were very clean but nothing special, something in comparison to a Holiday Inn.
The hotel in general lacked the finer details, no doorman-service or valet parking (unsecure car park 200m walk to reception as no space in from of hotel) , no concierge or page boy, no personalized greeting for each guest with fresh flowers or a present in the room.
Myself and girlfriend did not get the best of nights sleep as maid had put single duvet on double bed!
Also found the rooms very noisy. I would also not expect a 5⭐️ hotel to have mould in the bathroom.
I would return to use the Spa, but the hotel its self is over rated and over priced.response / report this review -

wunderfull Hotel all is five star, but restaurant kitchen food very poor. Lazanja bad and fish with see food very oily - we didnt eat this :(
