Very nice staff members, sometimes you have to wait as there are a lot of people, not a lot of items on spot.

Asked them to cancel my order and had to send two e-mails as they never replied. When did not receive a reply from them I called them and explained that I want to cancel my order. To which they replied that they will cancel my order. Shortly after I received the e-mail asking me for my name, Order ID, Amount to be returned, reason for order cancellation and my bank details. Its the first business ever that asks me to fill out a form on order cancellation. I Don't understand how they don't even know how much money did I pay. very amateur and bad practice for a things that should have been easy. Very disappointed and feel sorry that I even wasted my time ordering here.

Unreliable service. Bought laptop with extended guarantee, they couldn't repair all the issues so they suggested to return broken laptop and money paid for quarantee, although according to the agreement, gadget should be fully repaired or replaced. Very disappointed.

Bought an item. They kept delaying the delivery and then eventually told me they did't even have it in stock. The item was a birthday present so I really wish the website had warned me they were out of stock and wouldn't accept money for items they didn't have. Also, I tried leaving a review on their website and seems like they delete all unfavourable reviews. Very sketchy practice.

Ordered a gift. The manager confirmed that the order is taken care of, and will be delivered on time or a bit later. One day after the supposed delivery date, they email me that the order is cancelled as they do not have it in stock anymore, although the order was made while they had it in stock. Way to go before Christmas!

Very unreliable e-shop. Does not deliver order on time or at all. Two times I have ordered goods on their site and both times they failed to deliver them. Getting prepaid money for goods back from them also seems to be very complicated. :( be careful
