Net jeigu ir turi pagamine tavo nauja vairuotojo pazymejima ir pateiki sena vairuotojo pazymejima aysiimant nauja tau naujo neatiduos. Biurokratai auksciausio lygio. Taigi nepameskite paso ar asmens tapatybes korteles nes be ju vairuotojo pazymejimas negalioja 😂😂😂
