A fun and interesting tasting menu. Not everything was perfect but it was great to see a place in Kaunas championing Lithuanian produce. Many of the dishes were technically complex and were largely a riff on classics. It’s definitely worth a visit and the customer service was excellent
One starter, one soup, one main, one dessert. Everyday different. Everyday Amazing!
Was looking forward to trying. The place is decorated in an industrial kind of way, brick walls, and hairy chairs. The wine list is simple and lacks surprises, like in most of the Lithuanian upscale restaurants. It seems the same few people are compiling the wine lists for most of the restaurants. The menu looked interesting. I ordered Jerusalem artichoke soup and Halibut as a main. Both dishes showed mastered techniques from the chefs. The soup had a beautiful texture, the steamed fish was cooked to perfection, and with only four components, the dish showed good balance. Came the main course Every component was well made, even if the salsify was undercooked to my liking. But I found the earthiness of the kohlrabi purée, the smoky flavor of the herb emulsion, the saltiness of the salmon eggs, and the mild flavor of the fish, impossible to combine. When the dish is more about showing techniques than looking for harmony. A bit more simplicity and faith in the raw ingredients, please. Better places to eat in Kaunas.
Great place, really tasty food and nice staff representing unpredictable menu content and dishes very well and interesting. It's the place I'll come back for sure. Highly recommended.
All aspects about this place are great: The presentation, flavor, aesthetics, and staff professionalism. I would describe it as a flavor odyssey based on a chef with quite the imagination. Do know that it is a small menu, but they focus on doing a few things perfectly rather than many things mediocre. If you enjoy unique flavors and have an open mind to try new things, then I highly recommend this restaurant!
Minimal menu. Locally sourced door that is based o. The changing seasons. Fantastic eats I typically grab the weekend menu's!
Unique place - nice, forest-like interior, friendly staff and bold menu. I will definitely come back when in Kaunas.
Maybe one of the best restaurants in Lithauania.
Very good approach, quality products and definitely a chef to look for "Arturas" him and Martin Meid kill it
Tried to seasonal menus and didn't disappoint and the food speaks for it self.

Cozy location for a lunch. Fast service, good food, small portions, difficult to park a car nearby. Would not recommend for dinner.
I had a set lunch menu. The starter was nice but not outstanding, the main was bland and tasteless, and the dessert - lemon custard - lacked some crunchy textures and was served with raspberries, making it overly acidic. Perhaps their main menu is better? The service was wooden and impersonal.
Modern Lithuanian kitchen inspired by the New Nordic movement. Good overall impression and decent prices
I was here twice last year and it's a very good choice if you want to enjoy food and to find something new. The food quality is perfect. I put 5 stars for this idea and for the realization of it. Good luck, guys.
The food is not so bad, but the price it is too expensive and does not reflect of the moderate Lithuanian restaurant prices. A food such a high prices of dishes, can not be given in a super an ascetic interiors. Restaurant's furniture, decorations and details very cheap, uncomfortable chairs and tables. Overall atmosphere is enough frustrating. This type of restaurant would be more suitable for the food takeaway
Very nice 4 course lunch with beef tartare, beet soup, fish and dessert for under 15€! Lovely service as well.
Absolutely fantastic!
The best meal I have ever had in Lithuania.
Good restaurant with innovative cuisine. Great atmosphere and decor. Food was good and we were pleased with the service. Really enjoyed the concept with local ingredients. A different meaning to local food and a very welcome one I may add. I am looking forward to see the direction it will take in the future.
One of the best places in Lithuania so far, especially considering value for money. Sophisticated and surprising combinations and unexpected ways of making food that actually work wonders (e.g. pickled cucumber in the ice cream dessert). Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff, good music too. We've been there 3 times and we'll surely be back again.
