Pretty and clean hotel but who are they kidding charging 6.50 for water and €35 for a £8 wine. They must think that tourist are stupid to come to Vilnius which is advertised as one of the cheapest weekend breaks in Europe. Outrageous. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is located in best part. Bed covers are old but like the size of rooms and bathroom

Totally great hotel. It has its own beautiful atmosphere and charm. Situated in old town, you can walk around to see some beautiful streets.

Beautiful hotel in a classic medieval building in the central part of Vilnius. We spent two nights and loved it here. The rooms, ambience and staff are excellent - and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had anywhere!

I stayed here three nights in December and loved their Christmas decorations. This is a very fun hotel, beautifully maintained and well appointed. The delicious breakfasts are served in the cellar, which makes for a great experience. The staff are all friendly and speak very good English. The hotel is located in a great part of old town and provides easy walking to lots of local destinations and shopping.

The Spa is free until 10. After 26 Euro

It was not told when we booked. Because we ordered even late check out to use it. But not for 52 Euro extra.

Evening check in was just unfriendly. He didn't even tried to be friendly. Very crazy for 5 star

Breakfast was nice tried but in the details it is visible there is no interest of the personnel. But the manager is to be blamed. He is getting paid to advise the details. He is failing totally. In first sight it looks good. But a clear look shows old salad,mayonaise, ans so on. And even poor quality of shrimps & salmon

It is worth &3 star but for a 5 star hotel you get only 1 from my side

Elegant, beautifully appointed, well run hotel with fine furniture, lighting,decor and fabrics succesfully merging a historic building with up to the minute design and colour schemes. Delicious. Superb breakfasts.also delicious.

Was given an amazing room on my 1st visit so chose again for my 2nd but this was a much smaller room for the same rate. A great position and the staff - especially at breakfast - were brilliant.

I didn't stay in the hotel but I had a terrible meal in the restaurant outside. The staffs are rude and they don't give any eye contacts. They don't serve tap water. The food is just fair and doesn't worth the price. The so-called "legendary chicken kiev with fresh salad and fried potatoes" is actually 3 slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and simple fries without salt, and chicken kiev. The portion is small too.

One good point is that they don't have service charge but it makes sense - they don't have any service.
