Quite old but quite nice
Best SPA in little ol' Lithuania.
One of the best Spa's in Easter Europe. For those who are interested in details, here goes more:
Service, where I had the chance of interactions, was very proffesional and helpful. Spa, Reception and Restaurant staff all are ready to help and create a very pleasent stay overal. Perhaps excluding the pool area, people there seemed awefully busy chatting instead of occasionally drying the floor (It was very slippery) and not generally friendly. I would ask for a more stable service, for example the plastic bags for the swimwear, were sometimes there and sometimes not.
Design and atmosphere were great. Rooms, even though not perfectly new, were functional and welcoming, Wifi was good. Room service was very good at clean. Spa area allowed for proper relaxation with its design and music. Perhaps the rooms would seem a lot greater if a few modern tools would be introduced, like USB charging.
The quality of the food was in my opinion not the best in the city, but still a great treat. So do not hesitate to have the breakfast (Typical Eastern European) or go to the cafe. Tastes great and is reasonbly priced. Only recomendation would be to offer proper juices during breakfast and not a crappy powdered juice and to have a hot water tank, so that people wouldn't have to stand in a que of the coffee machines to get hot water.
All in all, 100% recommend. This place, in many categories goes hand in hand with best european spas!
Perfect place if you are willing to relax your body and your mind
Massage therapist Virginija is AMAZING!!! She definitely loves her job and is super professional!
Very friendly staff. Good prices and services.
haloterapy helped me very much. I waited in restaurant and soup witw shrimps was very delicious
Excellent vacation place in all respects. Also great for business events or as a training venue.
The best SPA so far!
Awesome place, very professional staff. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Restaurant food is very good.
Although not very welcoming on the outside, really comfortable, modern and cozy on the inside. Tasty homemade bread each breakfast.
I booked the hotel in December 2015 While staying at another hotel in the Druskininkai area. Thought it would be an amazing experience as a 4* hotel. Was disappointed on arrival, had requested reserved parking and that was not taken care of.
The Rooms
Superior double room bearly could get 2 people in the room. They are very small rooms 16m2.
The building itself is old and needs much love on the exterior. The interior is being worked on as we speak although I beleive that the management could do better with the place.
Breakfast is the only thing that I can see that is worth the stay.
In my opinion to expensive for what you get and the star count. More of a 3* hotel.
