Terrible service bed with bedbugs when complained was refused by manager to get money back and was offered another room instead, i did not want to risk another night being eaten by bed bugs and did not get refun. I gues bugs it an extra offered in the small print somewhere.

Good and welcoming please with friendly staff. The place is close to the main bus station, as well as to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable

For the low price, the room was decent and clean. We even had a free welcome drink. However, the bathroom was really small, and the breakfast was really disappointing.

Location was very good and just a few minutes walk to the bus station. Service was quick and decent. Room looked good but was rather cold during the night.

Very bad. I made mistake in booking,booked one day erlier,and checked in. But when I wanted to cancel my order,they said that I must pay cancelation fee,for what?? I made a mistake and I checked in theyr hotel,booked even expensivier room,which by the way wasn't good,cause you can hear traffic around you,strangers walking around and it''s not enough that my room was separated from the main building. Try to go bring some water in the middle of the night. Worst hostel ever!

Dla odwiedzających Wilno świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do Dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Hostel zlokalizowany praktycznie tuż przy Starym Mieście. Około 5 minut spacerem do Ratuszu. 10 minut do placu katedralnej i wzgórza Giedymina. Obsługa zasługuje na bardzo wysoką ocenę. Mili i bardzo pomocni. Pokoje schludnie,odnowione i bardzo przyjemne. Śniadania wliczone w cenę bardzo smaczne i duże. Do tego dostają plusa za "Welcome drink" z przekąska. Posiadają również własny bar z dobrym jedzeniem za przystępną cenę. Na wyposażeniu hostelu jest również ogólnodostępna kuchnia, gdzie można gotować, jak również korzystać z herbaty i kawy dostępnej dla klientów hostelu. Na sam koniec duży plus za przetrzymanie u nich bez opłat bagażu do chwili wyjazdu. Polecam i na pewno jak będę wracał do Wilna będę korzystał z tego hostelu.

Good place for staying. Its main advantage is a location: nearly of city center and less than 5 minutes from bus station. Also it has cheap prices, but includes free welcome drinks and breakfast. So perfect option for this price
