My wife and I had a bad experience with this company for the wedding cake we ordered from them. The cake delivered was not as we ordered (2 tiers vs. 3 ordered) and was also not presented as agreed. Moreover, even though we had email evidence for the specifications of the cake we ordered, they were unwilling to accept responsibility and tried to justify their actions. They do not seem to understand the importance of a wedding cake. Needless to say, they are not going to receive any further business from us or our friends.
