Very slow services, lack of doctors for simple procedures and untrained nurses leads to hours of waiting times to even have your wound rebandaged.

Šį ligoninę ateme iš manęs vyrą. Vyras buvo perkeltas iš reanimacijos patenkinamos buklės į skyriu , kur " vieną sesutė ant viso skyriaus " nesugebėjo susitvarkyt su savo pareigom, ir vyras uždūso , kadangi kaip spėjama , naktį pas jį į palatą nieks neižėjo , o rytė ji rado mirusi. Gydytojai praneše be juokios užuojautos. Paklausius "kaip mirė?" Atsakymas buvo "vat taip paprastai mirė"

laba diena.nepirma karta pakliunu ps jus i preimamaju skiriu maz tokad laukt pue dienosta ir dar nesuteike pagalba uz ka az moku mokescius . po apsilankimo pas lora pas mane buvo istrigusi gerklei svetimkunis ir jis pradejo puliuot ir ziaurei man braizo gerkles. o jusu specealiste loras nieko nepadari irpasake salaukit . o kad man skauda ir pakele temperatura tai jainerupejo. man geda kadvisi geri specialistai isvazavo o toke kaip gyd.ONA ŽILĖNENE nekompententiski daktarai lieko . as del jios kalties kakinosiu 3dienas pakila temperature ,o jai sunku buvo ietraukts

Laba diena, norėčiau pasakyti pas jus ligoninėje tikrai dirba labai geri specialistai. bet registratūros darbuotojai ir informacijos pateikimas baisus. gal ten dirba neliečiami darbuotojai, ar valdžios giminaičiai, kad bendravimas tai kaip nuosavos klinikos, nes kaip paskambini mandagumo visai nėra, kalba kaip su šiukšlėmis. gal ligoninės vadovybė atkreips dėmesį, kokie darbuotojai pas juos dirba. Ir gal bus imtasi priemonių. ačiū

Customer service was just terrible. Personnel (2 siting women) in registration was impolite and was talking in high tone with us. Plenty of personnel was just hanging around in the registration and talking in Russian language instead of Lithuanian. By the way hospital is based in Lithuania. Also doctor treated me so "nicely". He clearly letted me know that he can't solved my issue and suggested to look for help somewhere else. This kind of experience shocks. Is there no polite and professional staff left to hire?!

Negative:
- The doctor was a bit business man, pushed me to buy the x-ray pictures of my knee, maybe I didn't even need to make x-ray.
-Radiology room has no hygienic paper where you are laying and
Good:
- Organization: there is a displayed number at each room that indicates which patient has to go in.
