This guys are thieves
It took me three times to go through the theory exam. The English sentences are designed in a confusing way so you can fail and have to come back and repay. Additionally the "customer service" is terrible. There is a group of bureaucrat that do not care nothing but their office collecting more money. I have talked to people that were stuck for 15 times at the theory exam. They were all foreigners. This place is a pillar of discrimination
The practice exam is the same thing. God has to make a miracle to change the predetermined mindset of the examiner. They are all looking at minor mistakes to send you back to the office so you pay and come back again

I feel terrible that such places exist here in Lithuania

Totally unrecommended to do a driving exam here!
