Place could be nice if it it was maintained for good. Apparently no care regarding lawn, pathways and trees, branches and even trees are perilously falling down. Only mosque surroundings and commemorative monuments seem to be maintained. Could be a place of choice for outing, actually is a place for tramps.

A nice park right in the heart of the city. Somehow neglected. Lawns are mowed, flower-beds are weeded, though not too many benches.
