I must say the hotel has a very high quality service andthat's it. Don't believe pictures you see in booking or Google. The room was tiny, quality of materials/decorations like from early 90s. At 1am some people stood outside my window playing music on the highest volume possible from their cars, hotel stuff reacted very slowly. All cosmetics quality was really low. If not necessary I would recommend to avoid.

5 star hotel, could deliver a bit more.
Lobby staff was professional, friendly, thorough and available to every need.
The room a bit smaller than expected, but had surprisingly everything needed, in the right place. Desk with lamp, arm chair, small closet, ironing board and iron, nice led tv, bathroom with clean and perfect drain system for shower, hot towel rack, scale On the desk I found a 15 Euro voucher, which you will definitely need to lower the high price you will pay at their restaurant. Everything was signed to me personally, hand written. 2 complimentary muffins and coffee as well, which I don't drink. No complimentary water, 8 Euro to buy it. It should be the other way around, free water, pay for coffee. Breakfast was good, everything I tried was cook perfectly, but the selection can be widen. The hotel is right in the heart of town. 5 stars for 5 star hotel. But breakfast was weak not too much of a choice. Was waiting much bigger breakfast choice with 5 stars.

The hotel has a lot of stars but has clearly seen better days. Staff was pleasant, yet sometimes bit harsh or unattantative. Breakfast was great with Prosecco and eggs to order for free. Room was rather small, dusty with the bed sheet cover I believe all hotels got rid of ages ago.

Classy luxury boutique hotel with posh rooms and fine dining. Friendly staff. Only negative: the bath room felt old and the TV was blurry.

Great staff, very comfortable and a good location. It is sort of "grand" (waiters wearing white gloves at breakfast) and the decor chintzy - of a different age. Not quite my taste so might have given it an extra star. Don't be put off though.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Location is excellent, just a few metres away from the Town Hall. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, with pretty much everything you need to start the day. My suite was beautifully and richly decorated. Only downside is that the reception is quite small and can get a bit crowded. Also, the A/C unit in my room didnt really cool things down; the nights were uncomfortably hot
