  A pretty average place to eat. The main dishes are like the food at a school cafeteria (not saying it's bad!), so don't expect anything too special.

  We visited this place on Sunday. While it should have been working according to their business hours, no staff was to be found around. Unfortunately, had to leave the place, though we expected to have a genuine Soviet experience as this place have not changed in ages.
