  Service is just awful. No obligation to help solve problems with my new car that I bought from them. Telling they will call me next day or next week - never calls. Forgets the issues, having to tell them all over again every time. Service workers sarcasficly saying "what do you want, it's Honda", like it's normal that they can't do their work properly. I am so done. If you value your time and nerves - don't buy or have any bussiness with them, in short avoid them at all cost.

  Žiaurus požiūris į klientą. Sužinojau, kad visiškai naujame automobilyje įsižiebusį tepalo trūkumo daviklį reikia stebėti nes Hondos kompiuteris klaidos nerodo ir taip daug kartų. Dar sužinojau, kad automatinė klimato kontrolė nėra automatinė klimato kontrolė, o langų rasojimas žiemą yra naujų Hondų privalumas. Pridavus automobilį garantiniam servisui jau 10 dienų niekas neskambina, niekas neinformuoja kas vyksta su automobiliu. Sėkmės Nippon auto. Jūs jau praradot ne vieną klientą.
