  I am very happy with both the goods and the communication with the staff.
  The threads are twisted and sent according to the wishes, if necessary - stored in the warehouse. Everything in the parcel is carefully packed, the compositions are listed.
  The team has a good sense of humor, so communicating is very easy :)

  It used to be a favorite place to shop for raw materials. But there really was never any careful or pleasant communication with the client. Ok, I missed that more than once and didn’t say anything because I liked the products. I wrote off the amount of work.
  After changing the concept of their activity, it was interesting to ask about the relevant products, whether they have their certificates or at least something based on the origin, extraction and processing of the yarns.
  Not only was I ignored, but the communication was such that “get up and dink faster”.
  And the products do not have documents proving their value. I didn't even get any useful info, anything detailed, practically nothing at all.
  It seems that customers are welcome here only those who do not have questions and only carry their money faster.
  If I had received information and received polite, attentive communication, I would have offered a long-term contract, no matter how much offer I had, because it is a specific product.
  Great, I’ll take it from others. :)

  Delivering special pleasure yarns to real yarn jacks. Susuka rolls up, rolls up, and is ready to open a shop even before the holiday flight!
