Friendly staff and enjoyable services. The only thing is that the place needs a little refurbishment.

We have booked a Luxury apartment with jakuzzi and kitchen and SPA programme "Silky Moments" for one night plus a dinner for a total of 230 euros. The staff were friendly and very helpful (especially in the restaurant) and the food was really good! However, the hotel and spa definitely did not feel as 4*.
Massages were alright 7/10, but there was no lounge to relax as one would expect afterwards, also the sauna place was quite tiny with only two options - steam and ifrared. Also, we were guarranteed to get a place to park our car. We did, but it was by the curb (where it isn't allowed to park) close to the neighouring hotel, so it was not a parking space at all. To compensate for that, the night hotel manager let us stay in the sauna zone for longer than initially agreed which was a pleasant bonus. Also, bear in mind that the hotel does not have an elevator.
Overall, having in mind that it is a 4* hotel our expectations haven't been met for the price we paid. Comparing to other places we have visited in Lithuania and in Druskininkai (Vilnius SPA) and various different countries, the price and quality ratio is not worth it unless you wait for a good deal.response / report this review -

Interesting place, rooms are spacious and clean. Its not 100℅ sound proof but you can easily sleep and recharge your bateries. Breakfast comes with nice options (be advise you will need to pay for the drinks).
