Finished this institution not long ago and I got few things that I can share. Firstly, the teachers. They are not bad to say the least, how ever some of them do seem to see them selves above everyone, especially students. But then again, I am pretty sure every school or other educational institution has a fair share of that type of teachers
Classes were ok and not too repetitive. There was a great veriaty of dishes we had to learn how to make as well as ow to decorate. There were few trips to different restaurants for us to see how it really is out there.
Overall a decent place to study about food processing and marketing with just a few minor minuses.
