  Thank you once more for amazing service (was fantastic;) new Mercedes Benz Sprinter tour line minibuses) and drivers all tour period. We found great transport company in Lithuania and Baltic States. Good luck and keep in contact in the future, recommend & share about JND coach, minibus and car rental service with our friends and tourist companies in all Europe. ;)

  Made a reservation for a van on their website with a special rate.
  Received an email later that the rate is not available because it was a website mistake. I asked to cancel the reservation.
  They said ok, if we want the special rate, we'd have to pay in cash to avoid VAT tax.
  I said ok and asked when the cash would be due - at the end or beginning of the rental?
  No response.
  A week before the reservation I asked again when the cash would be due?
  Finally received a response saying our reservation had been cancelled "for improper payment conditions."
  
  Do not recommend. Use at your own risk.
