I have been waiting to get an iki card for too long because they never have it. I don't know why there isn't a wc there, and the long lines! There are only two or three people at the cash counter always, they need a selfcheck out service. But they have good employs and stock.

Ridiculously understaffed for the past 3 years now. Even at peak times there will still only sometimes be just 2 cashiers working, creating huge lines. Not to mention that the "express" line for some reason is there no longer, so everyone must wait behind 10+ people with full carts just to buy a couple items. Finally, the strangest thing is that after 10PM they close the information/tobacco section even though the store is still operational. And during daytime when the lines start becoming crowded they close the info/tobacco section as well to assist the other lines.
