Can't use any other adapters apart from the one they use I Europe. They don't have a adapter converter too. Breakfast is good. Located in city center. 20 minutes to airport. Good ambience

I've been twice to Vilnius and would never even consider a different hotel. The Novotel is in the plain center, all is walking distance from here, there is a multitude of great restaurants around, but the hotel also has a pretty neat restaurant. The bar on the ground floor connects with a winding stair case to the first floor where the breakfast area is, which gives a great view and a feeling of a large open space. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very rich with some service directly at the table.
I fell in love with this city and the Novotel has its share in my fond memories.

Really nice hotel with great service. Fantastic continental breakfast. The hotel is also perfect located really close to all beautiful locations: Old town, Gediminas Tower, The cathedrals, a fantastic park etc

The hotel location is superb, across is a shopping mall with supermarket. The hotel is nearby to many attractions.

The room is a bit small but comfortable. Front office staff are super friendly.

I stay in the twin room and one thing I don't like is the design of the bathroom where the door is right next to the other bed. When your roommate uses the bathroom at night or while you're sleeping, the light will shine straight to both beds so that is quite disturbing. All else is great though.

Breakfast is also very good with variety of choices to choose. Love it!

Free WiFi is average at about 10+ Mbps

The room was fine, there were no problems with the breakfast. We were trying to get some information about where we might find a large supermarket with international products. The man who was working the front desk those days seemed to not know much about what was available.

I had a very good experience. I would definetely come back to your hotel. We had the suite and we loved the View. Your staff is very helpful and nice all over. Also liked the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel I am very pleased.

The location was superb! Staff were very helpful! My room was quiet and comfortable. The fitness room, free to guests, includes a sauna, which I enjoyed. The breakfast was good with great views over the central square.

It's place I would be happy to come back. The hotel stuff were nice. Room was clean. It was an option including breakfast. We were traveling with 10 months old baby so we requested a crib for her. Baby even got a small toy at the reception when checking-in (appreciated since really not expected).

So excellent! Friendly stuff excellent room with amazing view.
We had an early check out and the stuff make sure we had a lunchbox for the trip to the airport. It was a really nice surprise!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff service minded. walking distance to old town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had lunch at the hotel, but got the wrong dish. Food was good though. We don't like to waste food so we did not complaint.

Fantastic spot to stay in the middle of Vilnius.

Room was large and airy, with a big bathroom and a good sized bed.

The room and bedding was all immaculately clean and newly furbished with high quality appliances and furniture.

The breakfast was included in the price, and was typical but tasty continental fare with plenty of hot options too.

Overall experience was good. Rooms were quite nice and clean. Employees were nice to us and breakfast was good. Hotel has a bar at first floor but prices are expensive and bar is quite small.

Overpriced. One liquid soap for everything. No sound isolation, was listening to noisy family in next room all night :(

Almost everything was fine. What I miss was free parking. I haven't read booking information correctly and I haven't notice that there is no parking and you should use city parking, that is very close by, but then you need to pay 1 EUR per hour. That is additional cost that you need to count when you are travel there.
The room was very clean and nice a bit small but fine.
The breakfast was very good.
It is located in the centre of the city so it is very nice start of the trip to the old city.
In the hotel you can get free map of the old city.
