In a beautiful town, great facilities. We had breakfast and dinner there which were good (although the variety for breakfast was limited). The water park was great but the prices for food and drink were double normal prices. I suggest bringing your own with you.

Druskinikai terms are simply fantastic and to be able to sleep there is amazing. The staff was incredibly nice

Not to many things to do.
Slides opened only from 1230 with strange rotation making unnecessarily ques (not all slides opened at the same time).
Crew difficult to communicate in English.
Open air swimming pool out of order in family area.
No elevator available from the parking place directly to hotel (the one for disabled person not operational) you need to carry your suitcases through the stairs up to the reception ( the way is not clearly narked)
Offered SPA treatments in my opinion are overrated.
Very laud music during night from night club - clearly disturbing sleep even on the 2nd floor) - night club works only Friday/Saurday and I think Sunday.
Food ok, but lack of fruits.
Generally, why not if no other options - but only for max 2 days - place is a bit overrated.

Place is really amazing , we keep returning here for last 5 years.

Daiva (Swedish table breakfast/dinner) always smiling and Karolis (main restaurant) is amazing people always happy and make all people smile! Karolis remind me robot as works really fast :))) You need more staff like them !!!! 10/10!

Negative on this visit : Arbatine - staff 2 ladies( 2017.09.17) need to improve customer service skills as very poor customer services and rude attitude!

Bardzo duży aquapark. Ogromna ilość łaźni suchych i mokrych, każda łaźnia wykonana jest w innym stylu. Basen, w którym po zanurzeniu słychać muzykę czy bar do którego podpływamy to tylko mała cząstka tego co można tam zobaczyć. Jednak zeby nie było zbyt kolorowo Jak dla mnie złym pomysłem było otwieranie własnej restauracji, jedzenie w niej jest nie za smaczne, porcje są małe a o zupie ciepłej można tylko pomarzyć Cili pizza, którą pamiętam pasowała tam idealnie, najlepsza restauracja na Litwie.
