Not exactly SPA, only sauna and pool. And sauna is very small - people usually are much more and waiting to get in.

1. The children bed is awful: the matrace is really hard, and bed itself is in the poor condition - dirty and swingig. The bed clothes and blanket are old and small.
2. Minibar is not working. Our child needs special nutrition stored in the fridge and all what the receptionist said was that it is not supposed to be cool inside, only after working 1 week it will make the food/beverage cooler Well, that's a lie.
3. The shower is unconvenient.
4. Magnetic key works bad. We did not store it with cell phone!!! So it is just poorly working key and manager had a bad excuse that mobile phone affects it and it is not workig. The phone was not even close to it.response / report this review -

There is luxury rooms, pool, sauna. They don't clean rooms everyday and breakfest not so tasty. But, hotel staff is very cheerful.

Хороший отель, приятный персонал. Завтрак скудный. Насчёт стоянки дурят что опасно и за доп.плату можно во дворе ставить. Ничего опасного, куча машин на улице. Утром можно посетить сауну. Рекомендую.

Overall good service. Nice sized rooms and excellent location (about 10minutes walk from pier). Using the car park can be tricky as its not so big, but, seems to work. Would be great if they had internet though.
