Don't like limited hours of fitness facility. Bathroom has no counter space. Shower head rather low hanging. Thermostat not user friendly. Spacious rooms and lovely lobby/decor. Good location.

Pools are not suitable for small (e.g. 5 y.o.) children, beds are quite uncomfortable (pillows could be smaller),little variety of toiletries in the bathroom (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, solid soap).

Friendly and helpful staff, nice location, comfort room with a balcony, spacious, cozy, quiet, good service. It will be better to provide individual control of air condition for each room.

Great quality to price ratio. Spacious rooms, well equipped gym, superb breakfasts. Very nice location next to the famous park in Palanga. SPA zone (pool and saunas area) could be bigger and more varied. We've tried back relaxing massage - painful as hell but works wonder thou ! Just a one treatment will make you muscle relaxed and migraines (if you have one) will go away. Downsides: rooms and hotel in overall need some refreshment (rooms and some areas of the Hotel look old). Rooms should also be better equipped (for ex. lack of a kettle, no table etc.)

The hotel is absolutely unattended. Room decoration require repair. The temperature of room are low, there is no possibility to adjust the temperature. The breakfast is not bad (long breakfast time). Strange sauna and jaccuzzi working hours on weekends - just before 16:00 h (weekdays until 21:00 h). Administration staff unprofessional. Staff with its everyday clothes, without uniform. Staff NEVER do not say hello at first. Service more recalls a boarding house than a hotel. My opinion is that they focus on completely non demanding customers. That I would come back, they should try harder.

Good service and stuff. Restaurant was quite good, mid prices, pro stuff. I do not recommend to order steak of beef because I ordered medium roasted but I get full roasted.
Spa not very big, so when coming more people then not enough space.
The masseuse was wonderful, real specialist, a little bit crazy when talking about cosmos and similar things, but is not suck and don`t disturb.response / report this review -
