I ordered from here so many times,I didn't get angry when they were late with the orders for 2-3 hours,but when I missed on an order that took 4 hours,they didn't even call me, when I didn't hear them knock on my door,because of that when I type in my address I get an empty list of restaurants,I'm sorry if you got angry and banned me,but that was your fault that you didn't even dare to call me so that I would open the door to get my order.

Poor customer service, the workers treat the customer as trash, talk rudely, trying to rub off their mistakes on them. Truly awful.

Order was cancelled on their side with no reason, without contacting or informing me (however previously I was informed by SMS after placing an order). Very poor service, total disappointment! Makes no sense to wait 1.5h, then call them and hear that my order was cancelled. There are several great food delivery services in Vilnius and I'm definitely going to choose them instead of these scammers next time!

Food arrived cold after nearly 3 hours. Called to receive vague reassurances it was on its way. Avoid at all costs, this was without doubt the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. Absolutely laughable.
