  By the pedestrian bridge You may enter the beautiful forest like park. "Vingio " means bend by which river Neris is turning South. By the end of summer You have a chance to mix into the crowd congratulating folks coming by means of various floating object down the Neris. Finish line is exactly under the bridge.
