DHL Lietuva is the worst experience for me about receiving parcels from abroad. Not only because it's the most expensive company, but you almost always will be charged for custom clearance by their custom broker partners UAB “Translaineris” for at least 20 eur. Otherwise you should go to custom clearance terminal in the Vilnius airport. Even if you should receive pen and calendar from your business partners. Better to send parcels by LT Post and pay 3 eur for clearance at post office than get customer service like this. Never again. Best regards

I asked my mom to send me a bank card from Lithuania to Malaysia. She sent it via DHL without telling me the price. I insisted and then she revealed that for a simple envelope, urgent shipment she paid 57€.. seriously??? Since Lithuanian post has no urgent shipment service, DHL is charging crazy money. Not fair.

Good service. Even if it is not handled by own logistics, they help out and check who serve the package. Much better than the German one.
