Fairly standard international hotel next to river and within easy walking distance of old town. Rather noisy, but windows well soundproofed. Quick check-in. Breakfast excellent. Minus points: a hotel of this standard really should have a plug for the washbasin. And for a double room they should give you two keycards. Oddity: the keycard works the lights (that's normal), but it also controls the electric sockets, which I've never seen before. As a result, the camera battery charger which I plugged in when leaving in the morning was (unbeknown to me) immediately switched off when I took the keycard. So: battery not charged when I returned in the evening.

Location was close to famius landmarks and a river with sidewalks. Room is really clean and simple, bed is comfortable. Service is exceptional with friendly employees.

We had a lovely stay here for two nights. Our room was a "superior double", which included a separate lounge/seating area to the bedroom (a television in both rooms), and a bathroom, including a shower attachment over the bath. The room was very nicely presented and, while the decor was a little worn, the overall effect was still suitably comfortable and slightly luxurious - perfect for a leisurely break in the city. There was a small balcony to our room, but the road it faced onto is one of the busier, noisier roads in Vilnius, so it's probably only of use to people who want to smoke. Complimentary juice, bottled water, tea and coffee was provided, along with powder creamer - but if you're likely to be desperate for a "proper" cup of tea, you may want to take a teabag with you (the first day's offering was fruit tea). The only other slight oddity about the room was the shower/bath; there is no curtain or screen - the room was fully tiled, so there wasn't any need to worry about spraying water everywhere (but it still seemed a little strange!). Breakfast provided in the morning was really very good, and the service overall was efficient. We'd certainly stay again.

Just perfect. Kind and helpful staff, great location, wonderful and clean rooms/common areas. Also, breakfast was delicious and for everyone's tastes. 100% positive experience. Special thanks to Edgaras at the reception who proved himself very nice and professional.

Not as a guest but only who have dinner and lunch there, I can say that food is perfect and can find every single taste you want. May be the prices could be more reasonable but anyway you will like this place.

Really enjoyed my stay! Friendly but not over friendly staff. Clean and nice single room. Good mini bar STUFFED with drinks. Great breakfast with a desert table that was impossible to test your way through and really good warm food even towards the end of the breakfast hours. Location is great too. The only thing I don't like is that they don't make very much use of the location next to the river. If the breakfast had river view it would be 5 stars!

I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars because…
Five stars are hard to earn (four stars are still good!)
Minor nuisance items: Shower head was loose, room key required reset three times despite never carrying near magnets or my wallet
Hotel still using comforters that are probably not washed regularly… enough (instead of duvet/duvet covers - which are washed regularly)
The gym was very small (four machines), no free weights, and didn’t open until 7 am (and a separate key from the front desk is required)
Room size. Not an issue, but just was not able to tell the room would be this small from the website. Possibly my oversight.
I would absolutely stay here again.
Coffee setup: Standard European Nescafe instant coffee and hot water setup
Tip: I booked a single room with a double bed that was absolutely big enough, but if you’re traveling with a companion, you’ll need a larger room. Validate the size of your room with the hotel before booking. Even if you’re sightseeing and just need a homebase, I would still recommend a larger room. Brunch for 10 EUR from 8:00 am. Very nice buffet with lot of local sausage and cheese. Big variety of sweet and sour food.
