Long wait, empty restaurant, soup was ok, cepelinai wasnt fresh, 1-2 days old, microwaved, terrible, will not come back again. Id suggest to avoid big name restaurants. Find something that is owned and running by the owner.

A traditional local restaurant with a menu teasing your taste buds. We went as a group of 4 and ate like gods. Not only is is super cheap, but we ordered half the menu. The waiter was a bit shocked, but it was worth it! 56€ for half a menu, beer and wine? Can't get any better. Food quality wise, its very noticable that in most of their dishes potatoes are introduced. They use great seasoning, quantity is more then correct and the meats are amazing! I would definitely go back if I visit the town again!

The place is very cozy. The interior is almost like travelling back in time. The staff wears traditional dresses. The food is dead cheap and tastes awesome. It took a little while for the food to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and nice. Total thumbs up.

Delicious traditional Lithuanian food. Servers dressed in traditional Lithuanian clothes, and restaurant is decorated in an old romantic style. Servings are quite large. I eat a lot; yet, looking back, I thought it was a mistake to order an appetizer to share. There was just too much food. You can take leftovers with you for a fee (for the take out containers). Food is around 5-10 EUR per main course. Super worth it.

I was dying for some authentic or traditional Lithuanian food, and I found it here! Not only was it recommended by The Monk's Bunk Kaunas, I was searching it online as well. I ordered WAY too much food, but it was all good! I could forgo the extra cheesy stuff dumplings, but now I know! It was very slow when I came in when they opened, but they were accommodating. The sampler-like platter takes 45 minutes to prepare, just a heads up! So do not get too full, or order that first, and have everything else come at the same time. They take credit card as well!
