Comfortable room with large bed. Spacious bathroom. Door to the hotel is always locked and your room key opens it. Helpful staff. Breakfast is served at the Narutis Hotel close by.

Perfect location, walking distance to anywhere in old town, with tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. Beware breakfast is at another hotel 3 min walk away, but it's 5* so a pretty good breakfast with free flowing sparkling wine!

Would not recommend to anyone, poor customer service and no attention to clients needs, apparently cancelling reservation on arrival day is normal

No spare keys in lobby so no one is going to clean or fix your room :(
No Air-condition and on a loud street next to a bar translation: have to open the windows, loud people outside your windows and you can't sleep.

Very pleasant hotel nestled in the heart of Vilnius,located next to the excellent 'Meat lovers pub' ( I recommend the horse burger) you also have the luxury of a 5* breakfast situated nearby. The room was very good value for the price and the staff were very helpful and on call 24/7 to help you with their local intricate knowledge of the city.

This offers excellent service, comprehensive breakfast, a well-stocked bar, and a satisfying ambience. The location is well-suited to visiting the shops, castle and museum, and it is in the old town. An extremely satisfactory experience and strongly recommended.
