The staff was very helpful and even offered separate bed for a child. The prices are good and the food / beers in rooftop restobar are great.

Make sure to rent a flat/room on higher floor for the best views.
You get lovely views either side of the building.

Price is ok, but the hotel need huge renovation. Rooms are missing lights, cleaning could be better. Breakfast is not that good, always empty. It seems they are not ready for a lot of people. The service of the breakfast is bad, most of them don't speak english. Definitely i would not repeat.

Fine hotel, very soviet feel still. Pros, good breakfast, gym and pool. Cons, a bonkers lift system and carpets that will keep you up at night

The price of the rooms are great! I was able to get the Suite that is the entire 9th floor for only a couple hundred a night. The standard room rates are good too. The staff is very friendly when helping me with whatever I needed. The only thing I didn't like is the master bedroom walls are glass as well as the bathroom. The bathroom had shades, but not the master bedroom.

Hotel room was as described. Price was reasonable for quality level. Thank you for making our visit to Klaipeda pleasant. We enjoyed excellent hotel service.

This is a decent hotel, however, it is split into two parts - one is dated and the other one is not - in fact, the new one is really comfortable and has great views.
The dated part, however is just unliveable. So make sure you are placed in the right one.

A down-at-heel 3 star hotel, not the 4 stars it boasts. First the lifts: cabin too small for three people with suitcases; instruction manual needed to operate; juddering and shaking; long wait for them to arrive. Large crack across ceiling of room. Toilet in room doesn't work. Breakfast room is in another building at least 5 minutes' walk away, feeding hundreds from tourist coaches; crowded and congested, even though groups given specific times to stagger arrival. Even bathroom mirror is showing its age. But clean, bed fairly comfortable, room overall adequate.

Standard rooms needs to be renovated. No coffee or tea available in room. Facilities to be renovated as well. Noisy conditioning system. Breakfast menu very small.

I was expecting a bit more. We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea-side view, the room was spacious and the view was nice, however, since you get a view to the port of Klaipeda it's far from extraordinary and i think i would've prefered a view to the city instead. Also, the room was a bit worn - worn tiles in the bathroom, cracked sink, the lamp was put together with a duct tape. Also the bathroom floor is not heated and it was very cold in the bathroom. In fact so cold that neither of us wanted to go there. (We stayed during winter time). Also there's no free-parking, even though during weekend it's a free parking in the surrounding streets. On the plus side, it was quiet and the included breakfast was plentiful.
