It is an incredible place where to enjoy a good beer. The team who works there is very attentive and they can answer all about beers. I personally loved the porter. The atmosphere is quite small but comfortable to have a good time with friends or family.as far as I know you can order pizza from their neighbours ;)
Fab craft beer place. Lots of local and international beers (about 12 ish on tap). Staff keen to help and talk about the brews
Beer heaven. Best place to perform taste test for beers in Vilnius. You can spend entire evening trying out beer from all of the continents and it will not bore You as interior is cozy and warming.
Very knowledgeable staff. They will help you find a beer you love. They always have a good mix of local beers from Lithuania and imports. They have snacks and meals but the food is sometimes unavailable, I wouldn’t count on it for dinner. The space is interesting to look at and you can find many old books in Russian, Lithuanian, English, and other languages.
One of the best pubs in Vilnius. simply charming place, the design is so precise and beautiful. located in the center of the city. there is a very special atmosphere, you can sit and enjoy the afternoon with good beer, there are over 15 types of beers. good food. the owners and staff are really nice and friendly. Simply a great pleasure !
Highly recommend !
Interesting place where you can find big variety of bear, style with sense of real old style pub/bar charm. Good staff. You can try several kind off beer before taking a full mug. Recommend this place. :)
Woow, very pleasant surprise! Comfortable, warm, has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and a great menu with a funny twist!
Service is great, bartenders know a lot about beer. Has a wide array of beers on tap for all tastes. The place feels classy.
A unique selection of beers and stouts from all over the world. Amazing interior, simply an eye candy. A hidden gem, would recommend to everyone.
Super place for beer lovers. Better book a seat, because its gets pretty crowded.
Beer paradise with very neat concept. Craft beer lover? Then this is a place in Vilnius not to miss.
Went late at night when it was quiet. Nice selection of beer. In Britain the books would probably be behind bars to stop people stealing them. No need here 😆.
Great place for tasting various types of beer. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The only downside, that it is open only until 00:00 am.
They're trying hard, but drinking beer in somewhere that feels like a library just didn't appeal. They should have more Lithuanian beers and make a more informal feeling.
Mostly the most important thing about a place are people who are working there. I could not wish for greater service that I had when I went to Alaus Biblioteka. The guy, who was working there was very attractive, knowing about beers, and was very helpful a beer for my taste. When he was talking about beers I really felt like I library - gathering knowledge even without reading books. I definetly announce him as emoloyee of the month.. no! century!
And of course I have to mention the big choice of beers - you will find a beer for every taste and situation. I definetly reccomend ro visit this place when you visit Vilnius.
Nice range of bottles stacked in bookcases. Looks cute. Apart from that it's a bit lame when you consider what else is on offer in Vilnius. Most 'craft beer pubs' I've been to in this city have a good range of local beers, as well as some international ones, and the clientele is equally mixed. But the Biblioteka seemed to specialise in international imports, charged one-and-a-half times as much as everywhere else, and was full of foreigners rather than many locals. Yet the foreigners can buy the usual crowd of international beers almost anywhere. I'm confused by the way it works out. But hey, it presumably works financially for the establishment at least!
Nice and cozy place in the beggining of the Vilnius old town. They are trying to give You good beer experience. Lots of sorts of imported and local beers. You can even try before buy, what is not offten nowadays :)
Amazing place, a must visit if you're a beer lover! Up the stairs from the door and when you walk in you'll be hit by over 100 bottles of beers. The staff are super friendly and will let you try any of the draft beers. They have a 'readers club' where you can collect stamps and on the 60th stamp you get given a book about the beers. Great atmosphere, great beers and great staff.
Amazing service. Such friendly and helpful staff, giving out taster recommendations and then also making up a table to sit at as it was very busy at the time. Really recommend especially if you love beer! Great location, interior and atmosphere.
