Ok, staff wasn't very helpful and refused to let us used the toilet, saying we had to go to the bus station.

My experience with the staff was good. They have free maps, sell souveniers and there is a public toilet!

Dissapointing staff. Rude and don't speak english. Interesting free maps and routes inside.

Great resources inside. Disgustingly rude people working ! Don't bother asking a question as when I did, I feared for my life for a second! The place really needs a change over in staff !
