Awfull experience overall. Meals are half served half self service I would rather have it all as a self service than half and half and the spare person sitting at the till because the food gets cold by the time you pay!!
Food isnt freshly made and gave all of us tummy ache.
Too much vinegar in cold betroot soup and cepelinai are bought from shop already made.
This service needs to stop.
If people knew that zoo park and food service are separete you wouldnt even have a 3.8 stars surely it would be 1.0.

Was constant customer 5 years ago due to lots of trips. But yesterday was a turnover point. Came by with my friend and for small portion of food had to pay insanely high price. Even cashier felt uncomfortable for this. Taste was average. It was my last time in this place. Very disappointed. And zoo being closed for winter season.

Worth visiting only if you have to entertain your kids and they are fond of animals. A rather wide selection of various animals and some birds. However, I couldn't get over the feeling of sadness for all of them being caged in quite small quarters. There are some very negative reviews regarding the food. Our experience was that the more negative reviews are definitely the right ones as the food was quite awful.

It was once good, but those years are in its past. This place is for desperate bottom-feeders and cheap bus tours ONLY. Slabs of cold poached salmon lacking any flavour, over-boiled vegetables that turn to mush when touched. Under-cooked rice slopped on plates with mucus-like sauce poured on top by staff with all the attention of zombies. Avoid this place unless your survival is at stake.
