To my valued customers, friends and family who have seen my name embroiled in the sensationalized "King's Birthday Cake", kindly bear with my silence on the issue until the dust settles lest I find myself held in contempt of our Honourable Courts. All I can say at this point is that my proposal to design, bake, decorate, deliver and set-up the cake at Botha-Bothe was an above board business transaction attested over and above all by my proposed pricing. Moreover, I would have reached the apex of my artistry as a cake decorator in the motherland had we not reached these unfortunate turn of events. The truth shall prevail at the end.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish His Majesty a happy birthday. To Likila and Makhoakhoa, May the celebrations be deserving of our beloved King. I still believe my turn will come not only to showcase my skills but to honour our King the best way I know how as I wait with bated breath to see and possibly take some pointers to improve my seemingly out of sync pricing of this magnitude. Upskilling and personal challenge I went through in preparation of exceeding all expectation on this one shall definitely benefit my loyal customers going forward and I thank you in advance for your continued support.
