I'm a regular at this restaurant. Not this one in particular but the brand Spur in general. However, Eagle Mountain has come a long way since it's arrival at Pioneer Mall, Maseru. Now they've gotten the hang of things. They still haven't served me a cold Black Label draught to this day as I've forever been given excuses about the Tap this, the Tap that, the person who's responsible for draughts is absent. I don't wanna hear it anymore. They got Maluti and Castle Lite draught Well, how about that. Happy are those who indulge in these 4-percentiles. I do 5 LIKE A BOSS.

But the food has really improved. The waiters are pretty well-taught now. They still have a long way to go but it's by far way better than their inception.

Usually the service is bad & I expected today to be the same. Oddly enough it wasn't, food was well prepared, delivered on time and the waitress was more than amazing.

I've been there twice. First time they burnt burned my Ribs and Chicken. Well, mostly the chicken. Who does that? Burn your meat and still give to you? I understand the fact the restaurant had only arrived in the city and that everybody working there were still trying to wrap their heads around Spur Services and its Standards BUT DAMN IT, my chicken was burnt. I took a deep breath and asked myself, "What would Jesus do?"

Anyway, the Spur is not a standout, like you would expect it at this amazing location with an amazing view, No. It's pretty normal, in a Mall, in the city and like every other Spur Ranch, it can go from a 0 to a 100 real quick. So be cool. All Spur Ranches get queued up every month end. You should know that by now. I'll have to go back again to see how they've improved.
