The Hotel is really Luxurious and all aspects of the hospitality that you'd require are and will be taken care of. The staff is proactive. Really liked that. The service is spot on. The place is very neat. From welcoming to reception to restaurant - the hotel really elevated service standards in the hotel industry I must say. And the prices are really not that bad. Well that depends on who's reading this.

You'll enjoy it - if you ever decide to go there. Pack up your Gold and Platinum cards too. You might need them.

A bit pricey. Rooms clean and safe. Rooms quite small especially considering the price.
Maintenance work was taking place while i was there, sometimes starting at 6:30 am. I understand maintenance needs to happen but being woken so early with drilling and hammering is not what one expects. At least guests should be informed prior to reservation and possibly given compensation for inconvenience.
Quality of service varied among staff: from very helpful and friendly to slow and surly. Food was ok but nothing special and internet was lousy except on last day when they upgraded some software (after i brought attention to the problem!)

Overrated hotel with average food and service and poor WiFi connection. Comfortable rooms and tasty cheesecake but that's about it. Rather stay at Lancers Inn or KFL.

Small but expensive rooms, very noisy kitchen fan can be heard in the rooms, smell of cheap man perfume, almost no water pressure, slow wifi, restaurant has very limited menu and is quite expensive, no amenities in the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff.

There is not a lot to say about this Hotel, other than amazing!

From the staff making you feel as welcome as if your an old friend visiting, to the food atop the Sky Restaurant.
The views, the rooms, the food, the staff and atmosphere, they have it all perfect!

I can ramble on and on about everything, but it will stay the same, and the end result will still be, absolutely great!

When visiting Maseru, be sure to stop by. Even if it is just for lunch and the gorgeous views.

Thank you Mpilo Boutique Hotel, you guys made our honeymoon even more special!
