The Institute of Development Management is a regional Institute established by the three countries of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland with a core mandate of providing Training, Research and Consultancy. With the recognition of both training and education demands and dynamics and with the demands of SDGs (4), the Institute has since introduced long term programmes that cater for both high school leavers and in-service participants in different delivery formats. To date IDM enjoys the recognition of the Council on Higher Education as public Institution of higher learning in the country. IDM programme offering is under three disciplines (faculties) namely; Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, Public Health Management and Business Information and Resource Management. Our qualifications range from certificates to Diplomas.Our Aim as an institution is provide an opportunity for skills development and human capital enhancement for Basotho in the interests of development of the country as a whole
