CTM Orthopaedic Lesotho PTY (LTD) was established in 1999 as a small clinic for fabrication and distribution of assistive technological aids for people with disabilities.

CTM covers services mostly for people with Physical and Multiple disabilities. These include:

• Amputation of fingers
• Amputation of hands
• Amputation of upper limbs
• Amputations of lower limbs
• Skeletal deformities
• Other congenital deformities

At present, due to the prevalence of disability in country CTM is planning to have branches in all the districts of Lesotho in order to increase the rate of accessibility of orthopaedic services especially for the poorest Basotho who predominantly live in the remote rural areas of the country that are also inaccessible by road.
