Just about average service. I will return to update this as they are currently renovating and will let you know if they have upgraded or not. Otherwise it's a great facility with friendly staff.

The hotel was amazing!!! The children in the pictures were so friendly and inviting! I was worried when the one looked as if he was doing a headstand into the pool, but the hotel manager assured me that he does this all the time. Anyway, be sure to try the jelly toast! Its a delicacy there.

The hotel has a great location with terrific views and a lot of great amenities though most of them could do with a lick of paint. The staff are friendly though not particularly helpful. It took more than twelve hours and 6 staff to get a replacement key card and get moved to a different room. The food is quite forgettable.

Great service and the food is great, just needs an update on the decor, but the rooms are good.

Need to improve their quality. Rooms are too old, bathroom fittings are not up to standard and they try to overcharge customers. Most importantly internet connection is pathetic.

I've been to this hotel a number of times for different occasions and reasons and it has been a great experience. The food is good, better than other places that are rated higher than it. The staff are friendly and the environment is warm and welcoming.

It's a chilled place. Very accessible and not very far from the Maseru Border Gate (5 - 10 minutes drive). It's not a colossal hotel. It's not breathtaking either. It's simply a nice hotel located in the city of Maseru with a certain level of privacy from the city's cacophony. Walk-able distance to the Pioneer Mall (10 - 15 minutes walk) and 5 minutes drive to Maseru Mall. It's located a few blocks away from the Nedbank Gold Club Maseru in case you the Tiger Woods type.

The Hotel's first time impressions won't stick because they are actually offering basic Hotel services instead of attempting anything extreme at the moment. I'm thinking it's because the current market and consumer spending in Maseru is not that viable. The Hotel Management can still do more to attract local residencies and not just have to depend on International consumers to purchase their services but that is not the scope of this Review.

Bottom-line, it is very relaxed and peaceful. Services are very standard and nothing out of the extraordinary, but they're still excellent compared to my other experiences with other hotels.
