Its a new Mall along the UN drive. In my last visit, construction work is still on going but the cinema which occupies the topmost block is already functional though with little or few patronage.

TM Mall promises to be a great spot for shopping and family recreation once finished. While its space is congested and can't really fit the definition of a modern mall, the mall is a major attraction in the Mamba Point area
