Addy is great and he offered a Thai dessert on the house! Spice level made to order and I asked that the shrimp in my Woon Sen be sauteed a bit and they complied. They were also willing and ready with accoutrements such as extra chili powder, lime, p peanuts, and chillies in fish sauce.
