As the name depicts, the locals sell a wide variety of fish - dried/raw. The market is ideally located next to the home of H.E Mrs. Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, president of the republic of Liberia. She usually shops here. The place, located along the Tubman Blvd is also famous for the women sit-in protest that ended deadly fighting amongst warring factions and led former president Taylor to agree the Ghana peace accord in 2003.
