I am a Cellcom Airbox 0560 WIFI device user and I like to know how I can recharge my device on the USSD page of the Web UI configuration without going to a Cellcom office. I would like to use mobile money or my bank ATM card if you would make those options available on the web. I believe you would make more money and save me time going back and forth to your locations just to recharge my deyice when I can do it online . I contacted customer service and a representative told me remove the Sim card from the device before I recharge but you will not have access to the Web UI if you remove the Sim Card. I think it will be to your advantage to make this service work that way I don't have to go a Total Gas station to buy a Cellcom scratch card when I need to recharge.
